Appli provides a few ways for you to get in touch with us should you have any issues with the service. The easiest way to get in touch is through our support site or by e-mail.
Using our support site
We run a centralised support site which all our customers use to communicate privately with us and publicly with other members of our community. You can login to our website at the URL linked above, using your Appli username & password.
In addition to housing our discussions, our support site has a wealth of useful documentation which you may find handy when looking for an answer to a question.
If you have any technical support enquiries, you can drop an e-mail to email@example.com and this will automatically create a private discussion on our support site. You can either communicate solely by replying to our e-mails, or login and view the discussion history online.
